About The Work
I tend to exaggerate elements like claws. So in this case, the teapot becomes a non-aggressive way to show off his claws, by the offering of tea. The small teapot is actually a working spout - connected to the interior of the real teapot - which is actually the bear. The lid of the teapot is atop the bear’s head. The handle, his ears.
